In the aftermath of the Millenium Bug, and against a backdrop of conspiracy, cult behaviour and contagion, Adam Chodzko’s Plan for a Spell caught the spirit of a turbulent moment. Twenty years on, Chodzko’s newly remastered and reconfigured work is as cryptic and mercurial as ever but also resonates powerfully with these even weirder times.
