Myriam Rey's 2023 FVU-commissioned film 'absent landscapes' has been selected for Fisura, International Festival of Experimental Film and Video in Mexico. 

Prompted by the rediscovery of a box of her father’s old home videos, Rey’s short film 'absent landscapes' is a moving contemplation on memory, grief and loss that vividly illuminates how powerfully and far-reachingly traces of the past imprint themselves on the present.
