Ravi Deepres, Origin (2022)

The 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham saw FVU’s collaboration with the artist Ravi Deepres in Origin. Commissioned for the public screens at the various stadia that are hosting the Games and for other sites across the city, the three short films that make up Origin are a tribute to the dreams and aspirations of young athletes and a vivid snapshot of the diverse backdrop of contemporary Birmingham.
